| Last Track Workout post on 11/3/2008: Winter Speed Interval Training For those wanting to continue speed work through the winter months, John Lumley (owner of the Running Hub) will be leading a Tuesday night speed workout through the streets around the store. The workout will consist of a 1 mile warm up, then several intervals of hard running and recovery. We'll do this several times to create a workout similar to the track workouts. Finally, we'll cool down with a 1 mile jog back to the Running Hub. |
