Tuesday Speed Interval Training

April-October, starting at 6:00 pm at the Santa Fe High School track.
November-March, starting at 6:00 pm at the Running Hub.

Winter Speed Interval Training

For those wanting to continue speed work through the winter months, John Lumley (owner of the Running Hub) will be leading a Tuesday night speed workout through the streets around the store.

The workout will consist of a 1 mile warm up, then several intervals of hard running and recovery. We'll do this several times to create a workout similar to the track workouts. Finally, we'll cool down with a 1 mile jog back to the Running Hub.

Thursday Tempo Runs

Year round runs, starting at 6:00 pm at the Running Hub. Runs are of varying distance and difficulty.

Sunday Trail Runs

Trail runs typically begin at 8:00 am every Sunday.  Run details are generally posted on this page by Thursday.  For more information,  contact Striders' run coordinator Eric Peters.

Last Trail Run post on 1/3/2009:
Run for Sunday January 4th

Meet at Fort Marcy tomorrow moring at 8:00AM, Jan 4 (Circle drive variations).
